Ingredients
- 1 pt. milk
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 2 eggs
- 6 c. flour
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place warm water in bowl. Sprinkle yeast over and stir until dissolved.

2Add milk, sugar, eggs and butter. Stir.

3Add flour, salt and ginger.

4Mix well.

5Place dough onto floured cloth and knead for 10 minutes.

6Let rise until doubled in size.

7Place on floured cloth and roll out into a rectangle. Butter surface and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

8Roll and slice.

9Put on pan that has been sprinkled with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Let raise until doubled in size.

10Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
