Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. flour

Directions

    Scald milk.

    Place margarine and sugar in large bowl.

    Stir in milk, stirring to melt margarine.

    Add eggs, yeast and salt. Mix well.

    Add 2 cups flour, beating very well.

    Add rest of flour. Knead well.

    Let rise in warm place.

    Punch down.

    Make into rolls, cinnamon rolls or tea ring.

    Let rise again until double. Bake at 350° until golden brown and done (30 to 40 minutes).
