- 2 chicken breasts, halved
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Vidalia onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet, add onion.

2Cook until see through.

3Add garlic.

4Add brown sugar and mustard.

5Simmer until everything is melted together.

6Cut each chicken breast in half to make them thinner.

7Place chicken in baking dish and pour sugar mixture over it, making sure each breast is fully coated.

8Bake 25 - 30 min @ 350 or until chicken is fully cooked.

9Be sure not to overcook or chicken will be dry.
