- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 3 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Shred cabbage and place in

2a large pot with 3 tablespoons water and 1 can of stewed tomatoes.

3Cook until almost tender.

4In a separate pan, melt 1/4 stick margarine.

5Mix with 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons white vinegar and 1 tablespoon flour.

6Saute the diced onion in the mixture.

7Add this to the cabbage when the cabbage is almost tender.

8Heat until desired tenderness is reached.

9Add a teaspoon of sugar if needed.
