- fish- halibut, Tilapia
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (Silver Swan)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup distilled vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mix with 1/3 cup water
Directions

1In a skillet, fry the fish.

2Set aside.

3In making the sauce, mix first the sugar, water, soy sauce, salt and vinegar then boil.

4After boiling, put the cornstarch mixture.

5Stir.

6Put the onion, garlic, carrots and bell pepper.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.

8Let it cook for 3 minutes.

9Pour the sauce in the fish.

10Serve hot.
