  • venison steaks
  • 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Brown meat in oil and place in a covered roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and cover the steaks with this sauce.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes per pound, basting frequently, with the sauce.
