  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. strawberry ice cream topping
  • 1 c. walnuts

Directions

    Mix ingredients together.

    Grease two (8 x 4) loaf pans. Divide batter between the 2 pans.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool thoroughly before slicing. Serve with butter or cream cheese.
