- 1 lb. (approximately 2 medium) baking potatoes, cut into 1/8-inch slices
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. thyme (optional)
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. finely shredded medium sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Spray mini heart pan with vegetable pan spray.

3Stir seasonings into melted butter.

4Using second smallest heart cutter (from 6-piece heart graduated cookie cutter set) cut 6 little hearts out of potatoes.

5Place one in center of each cavity. Brush with seasoned butter.

6Divide remaining potatoes among the cavities; make 3 layers in each one.

7Brush between layers with seasoned butter and sprinkle with small amount of cheese.

8Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until fork-tender.

9Let potatoes set for 5 minutes before taking out of pan.

10Invert to remove.
