  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. (heaping) peeled, diced apples
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in bowl.

    Pour into greased pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

    Do not use party shell or pie. Yields 6 servings.
