- 1 (16 oz.) can corn
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain corn and mix all ingredients and 3/4 cup cheese.

3Pour in greased baking dish.

4Toss bread crumbs with oleo and 1/4 cup cheese.

5Sprinkle over corn.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
