  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted oleo

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Drain corn and mix all ingredients and 3/4 cup cheese.

    Pour in greased baking dish.

    Toss bread crumbs with oleo and 1/4 cup cheese.

    Sprinkle over corn.
