- 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut (preferably Unsweetend)
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Dried Fruit (half Raisins, Half Cranberries)

11. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the oats, almonds, coconut and sunflower seeds with the maple syrup, oil, and salt
