  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • dash of ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
