  • 2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style beans
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped cashew nuts

Directions

    Melt oleo in skillet over low heat.

    Add onion; brown lightly. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Gradually add milk; cook and stir until smooth and thickened.

    Add cheese; stir until melted.

    Combine sauce and beans; pour into dish.

    Sprinkle with nuts before serving.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
