- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style beans
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped cashew nuts
Directions

1Melt oleo in skillet over low heat.

2Add onion; brown lightly. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.

3Gradually add milk; cook and stir until smooth and thickened.

4Add cheese; stir until melted.

5Combine sauce and beans; pour into dish.

6Sprinkle with nuts before serving.

7Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
