Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. chuck steak (1 inch thick)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1 can (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped (reserve liquid)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup reserved tomato juice
- 1 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F.

2Spread 20-inch sheet of foil with butter.

3cut steak into serving pieces.

4Arrange on foil, slightly overlapping each piece.

5sprinkle with onion soup mix, green peppers, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

6Mix juice, A-1 sauce and cornstarch.

7Pour over meat and bring foil up, over and double fold edges to seal tightly.

8Bake 2 hours.

9Roll back foil and serve.
