- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 1/2 tsp. oleo
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. thin sliced celery
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Quarter cabbage; cook in salted water until crispy tender (8 to 12 minutes); drain.

2In saucepan, melt oleo.

3Add carrots and celery; cook until tender.

4Remove from heat; stir in flour and add milk.

5Cook until mixture boils and thickens slightly.

6Add remaining ingredients.

7Stir until cheese is melted.

8Pour over cabbage.
