Swiss Carrots

  • 3 cans sliced carrots, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. shredded swiss cheese, divided
  • 1 small can fried onions, divided

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a 2-quart baking dish, combine carrots, soup, half of the swiss cheese and half of the fried onions. Be careful not to mash the carrots. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle remaining fried onions on top of cheese. Bake 5 more minutes to melt cheese.
