- 2 lb. fresh Swiss chard
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. Pecorino Romano cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Directions

1Clean and boil Swiss chard in a pot of salted water.

2Cook until tender.

3Drain and squeeze out water.

4Put Swiss chard in a casserole pan.

5Drizzle oil over Swiss chard.

6Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

7Cover with tinfoil and bake in 350° oven for 1/2 hour.

8Serve with your favorite meat or fish meal.
