- 1 1/2 lb beef shoulder
- 1 can chili colorado
- 1/2 onion
- 1 salt
- 1 garlic salt
- 1 ground cumin
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 chicken bullion
- 1 water for crock pot
- 4 red potatoes chopped
- 1 oregano
- 1 can chili colorado sauce
- 1 torta rolls/ bolio rolls
- 1 guacamole sauce/salsa
- 1 mozzarella cheese/ or Monterey jack
Directions

1Start by adding meat with enough water to crock pot, add in 1/2 onion, add desired garlic salt and Bay leaf.

2Let meat cook for about 4-5 hours in crock pot.

3After 4 hrs.check meat and if ready Shredd with fork add in potatoes and cook till tender.

4Once meat and potatoes are ready add in chili colorado sauce and all seasonings to taste cook another 20minutes.

5When ready you may assemble your torta, Cut bread in half soak with juice and add in meat and potatoes, top with mozzarella cheese and guacamole.
