  • 6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss, Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 small pkg. stuffing (do not use Stove Top)
  • broccoli (optional)

Directions

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place chicken breasts.

    Cover with cheese slices.
  3. 3
    Mix well in a bowl the soup and 1/2 can of water. Pour over chicken.

    Melt 1/2 stick butter and add to 1 small package of stuffing.

    Mix well and sprinkle over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serves 6.
