- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
- Swiss cheese
- cooking red wine (optional)
- bread crumbs or crackers
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Butter the bottom of a pan or glass casserole dish.

3Cut up chicken into small chunks and then put in the pan.

4Add your cream of chicken soup and slightly blend in with chicken.

5Mix in a couple of tablespoons of wine, if desired. Then add a layer of sliced Swiss cheese on top.

6Last sprinkle your bread crumbs or crumbled crackers for a top layer.

7Cook 40 to 45 minutes and serve.
