- 3 Cs Corn
- 1 6 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Ts finely chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz. swiss cheese
- 1/2 C soft bread crumbs
- 1 T melted butter
Directions

1If using frozen or fresh corn cook for 2 to 3 minutes until just tender.

2Combine with next 4 ingredients and 3/4 C cheese

3Toss bread crumbs with butter, (I usually use torn bits of bread for this.)

4and remaining cheese and sprinkle over the top.
