Swiss Corn Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 Cs Corn
  • 1 6 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 Ts finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz. swiss cheese
  • 1/2 C soft bread crumbs
  • 1 T melted butter

Directions

    If using frozen or fresh corn cook for 2 to 3 minutes until just tender.

    Combine with next 4 ingredients and 3/4 C cheese
  3. 3
    Toss bread crumbs with butter, (I usually use torn bits of bread for this.)
  4. 4
    and remaining cheese and sprinkle over the top.
