- 2 lb. round steak
- salt, pepper and flour
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 6 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Cut meat into serving portions; dust with salt, pepper and flour.

2Melt 2 tablespoons butter.

3Add onions and saute until golden.

4Remove from pan.

5Melt remaining butter.

6Add meat and brown on both sides.

7Combine onions and remaining ingredients. Add to steak.

8Transfer to casserole dish.

9Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.
