- 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small instant pudding (any flavor)
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix margarine, flour and nuts.

2Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

3Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup Cool Whip.

4Spread mixture onto cooled crust.

5Mix pudding with milk and pour onto cream cheese mixture.

6Spread remaining Cool Whip onto pudding mixture.

7Freezes well.
