- 1 lb. string beans
- 1 lb. fresh peas or limas
- 1 lb. tomatoes
- fresh dill
- fresh mint
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
Directions

1Saute zucchini, eggplant and onion in oil and butter.
