- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. unsalted cashews
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Saute mushrooms and onions in margarine in skillet.

2Add chicken and cashews.

3Stir in sour cream and 2/3 cup half and half.

4Cook mixture until thickened.

5Place chicken mixture along center of tortillas.

6Roll up and place, seam side down, in buttered baking dish.

7Pour remaining half and half over rolls. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
