- flour
- margarine or butter
- 4 slices imported Swiss cheese

1Grease baking dish.

2Pepper and salt fish fillets.

3On each fillet, place 2 slices Swiss cheese.

4Cover with 2 remaining fillets.

5Flour lightly and sprinkle paprika.

6Dot with butter and bake at 400° for at least 15 minutes or until fish flakes off easily.
