  • 4 flounder fillets (fresh or frozen)
  • pepper and salt
  • paprika
  • flour
  • margarine or butter
  • 4 slices imported Swiss cheese

    Grease baking dish.

    Pepper and salt fish fillets.

    On each fillet, place 2 slices Swiss cheese.

    Cover with 2 remaining fillets.

    Flour lightly and sprinkle paprika.

    Dot with butter and bake at 400° for at least 15 minutes or until fish flakes off easily.
