- 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 lb. fully cooked ham, cubed
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.

2Combine juice, marmalade, mustard and cloves.

3Thread ham, cheese and pineapple on skewers.

4Cheese must be between 2 pieces of ham to prevent rapid melting.

5Place kabobs 4 to 5 inches from hot coals on grill.

6Baste with sauce and grill 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is partially melted.
