Swiss Ham Kabobs

  • 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 lb. fully cooked ham, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed

Directions

    Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.

    Combine juice, marmalade, mustard and cloves.

    Thread ham, cheese and pineapple on skewers.

    Cheese must be between 2 pieces of ham to prevent rapid melting.

    Place kabobs 4 to 5 inches from hot coals on grill.

    Baste with sauce and grill 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is partially melted.
