  • 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine

    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Break hash browns and place in pan. Grate Swiss cheese over potatoes.

    Mix.

    Pour whipping cream evenly over potatoes.

    Melt margarine and pour over mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Bake at 350°

    for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
