- olive oil
- 2 c. elbow noodles
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- Swiss cheese
Directions

1Parboil elbow noodles.

2Lightly cover bottom of a glass Pyrex pie dish with olive oil.

3Mix remainder of oil with garlic (minced) and parsley and oregano with the parboiled elbows.

4Cover Pyrex dish with elbow noodles, placing a layer of Swiss cheese over it, continuing doing same until the dish is filled.

5The last layer should be Swiss cheese.

6Bake in oven at 350° until cheese is slightly browned and bubbling.
