- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 oz. natural Swiss cheese, cut in cubes (2 1/2 c.)
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp; drain, saving drippings.

2Crumble bacon; set aside.

3Cook onion in drippings until tender, but not brown; drain.

4Blend in sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper.

5Add bacon and cheese.

6Pour into shell.

7Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
