- 6 slices bacon
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 oz. natural Swiss cheese, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain.

3Reserve drippings.

4Crumble and set aside.

5Cook onion in drippings until tender, but not brown; drain.

6Blend in sour cream, slightly beaten eggs, salt and pepper.

7Add cubed cheese and crumbled bacon.
