- 1 head broccoli
- 6 small yellow squash
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Melt oleo.

2Add vegetables and cook until done.

3Beat eggs and milk; add cheese and spices.

4Pour vegetables in 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour egg mixture over vegetables.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6(Add onion and mushrooms, if desired.)
