- 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
- flour to coat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 carrots, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 to 4 potatoes, sliced
Directions

1Season steak with salt and pepper; pound flour into steak. Sear meat in hot fat; place in roaster, pour soup over meat and simmer 1 hour.

2Cover meat with remaining vegetables.

3Cover and cook another hour.

4Remove meat and vegetables, add flour and make gravy.
