- flour
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 small chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. fat
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Pound flour into steak. Cook onion and green pepper in fat until tender.

2Brown meat in fat. Add tomatoes, juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
