- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cut off all fat on steak and put in a casserole dish.

2Mix all the other ingredients well and pour over meat.

3Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in a 325° oven.

4Cover and bake for 1 hour more. Drain.
