- 1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2 inch thick), tenderized
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
Directions

1Cut meat in 6 pieces; then coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.

2Place in a 3-quart casserole.

3Cover with onions. Break up tomatoes with a fork and pour over top.

4Cover. Microwave at Low for 70 to 80 minutes, rearranging meat after 40 minutes.
