- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. chuck steak
- 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 medium onions, chopped
- 12 whole mushrooms
- butter
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper; pound into steak.

2Brown steak in hot oil.

3Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.

4Add tomatoes. Heat to boiling.

5Place steak in baking dish.

6Pour tomato mixture over steak.

7Cover.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
