  • 1 lb. round steak
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 c. strained tomatoes
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Salt, pepper and flour round steak. Beat with meat tenderizer (knife) until flour is beaten in.

    Brown the meat in oil. Add onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and boiling water.

    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
