- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, thin sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.

2Combine flour and thyme. Dredge steak in the mixture.

3Pound the mixture in with a meat pounder.

4Let steak stand for 30 minutes and pound in any remaining flour mixture.
