  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • flour

    Sprinkle both sides of steak with garlic salt and flour.

    Pound flour into meat

    Fry in hot fat until brown on both sides.

    Put meat into baking dish.

    onion; cook until all the drippings of the pan are in the gravy.

    Pour gravy over the meat and bake at 350° for 1 hour, reduce to 325° and bake until tender.
