- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. round or family steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. (8 oz. can) undrained tomatoes
- 1 c. (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, sliced
Directions

1Cut meat into serving pieces.

2Combine flour, salt & pepper. Coat meat with seasoned flour. In large frying pan, brown meat in hot oil.

3Add remaining ingredients; simmer, covered for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until tender. Serve with potatoes or noodles.
