- 1/4 c. white flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle half the mixture on one side of the round steak and pound on.

2Repeat for the other side.

3Cut meat into pieces.

4Melt butter in skillet and brown meat.

5Cover tightly and simmer for 1 hour.

6Add water, if necessary.

7Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
