  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 1 c. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Season meat in flour (add salt and pepper to taste), then cut meat into pieces.

    Brown onion and green pepper in oil.
