- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lb. round steak, cut in serving pieces
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. water
Directions

1In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.

2Flour meat.

3Put oil in Dutch oven, heat, then add meat to brown. Arrange onion slices between layers of meat.

4Add water and Worcestershire sauce; cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours.
