- 1 lb. steak
- flour
- oil
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 small onion
- beef bouillon to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut steak into strips.

2Salt each piece, dip in flour and fry in pan with oil.

3Add meat, soup, water and chopped onion to crock-pot. Add salt and pepper and bouillon to taste.

4Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.

5Serve with white rice and corn.
