  • 1 lb. steak
  • flour
  • oil
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 small onion
  • beef bouillon to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut steak into strips.

    Salt each piece, dip in flour and fry in pan with oil.

    Add meat, soup, water and chopped onion to crock-pot. Add salt and pepper and bouillon to taste.

    Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.

    Serve with white rice and corn.
