- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
Directions

1Pound flour into meat.

2Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown meat in oil.

3Add remaining ingredients; simmer until done, about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
