- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. tomato catsup
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut meat into eight pieces.

2Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.

3Pound with meat tenderizer mallet or edge of a saucer. Place half of meat in a 2-quart casserole dish.

4Arrange half of the onion slices over meat.

5Repeat layers.

6Mix water and catsup and pour over top.
