- 2 lb. round steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
Directions

1Cut meat into serving size pieces and pound with a meat hammer.

2Combine flour, salt and pepper.

3Coat the meat with the seasoned flour.

4In a large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender.
