- 13 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 12 lbs round steaks, 1 inch thick
- 4 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 large carrots, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- fresh parsley (for garnish) (optional)
Directions

1Combine flour, mustard, salt and pepper.

2Dredge meat with this mixture, then pound with a meat mallet to work flour into meat.

3Cut steak into six pieces.

4In bowl, combine tomatoes, carrots, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.

5In oven-safe large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

6Add meat and brown on both sides.

7Pour tomato mixture over meat.

8Cover and bake at 350F for 1-1/2 hours.

9Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
