- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion, in rings
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper.

2Pound into steak.

3Brown meat and onion in hot fat.

4Add tomatoes.

5Cover and cook over low heat or bake in oven at 350° until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
